🚨 Today UN General Assembly called on member states to halt arms transfers to #Myanmar. (Next stop, the UNSC!) A few observations:
- China & Russia abstained
- 6 ASEAN members voted yes, 4 abstained
- Belarus demanded recorded vote & then voted against (👎)
- 119 yes votes!👍
