Have never been so disappointed with a company as i am with @Ryanair now. We @JuniorGreenArmy hosted @UkraineIreland refugees costing €22k. They missed their flight on way as were told they needed visas & now wouldn’t put 1 bag in hold that had been PAID for as a carry on.
