Varthur Main Road is a perfect example. Just a few weeks ago, the potholes were "fixed" with a temporary patch.

One spell of heavy rain later, the entire band-aid has come off with the flooded water.

My name is Bharat, and I am currently in the USA, where I have been battling advanced Cancer- Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) for the last 4 years.

My doctors have told me that my condition is very critical and that I may not have much time left. At this stage of my life, I have just one heartfelt wish. I want to come back to my motherland, Andhra Pradesh, and spend the time I have left with my family and loved ones.

I want to see my family, be with them, and return home one last time. This wish is giving me the strength to keep fighting.
