@DrBruggeman It has done little to benefit patients. "Self-insured" carriers give NSA to providers and in turn apply the bill to the patients out of network benefits or the carrier argue with the provider about NSA and have no clue. I have even had to argue with USDOL that NSA doesn't apply.

@DrBruggeman The NSA is a joke. It has given insurers more power and basically they now negotiate contracts as take it or leave it for small groups. A group of doctors cannot get a contract as a small business but can join a large group and get contracted more than their previous charge.

I pay @Amazon to have a package delivered to my home. Amazon pays @USPS to deliver it. USPS says come pick it up at the office. Contact @USPSHelp they schedule a redelivery. No redelivery is attempted. What do you do?

@MargoinWNC The "education" lottery is a scam. Money is reseticted so school districts blow it to use it instead of it really being spent on kids education. We overcrowded classrooms and split grade classrooms that are just dumb because we don't have money for teachers.

@dunkindonuts was my weekly go to on the way to church but they are so slow. I ordered something 10minutes before I get there and my coffee is ready but not my sandwich…. It comes out after opening the store for 10 minutes. On top of that, they are always out of what I order.

I love tiramisu and found some Better Goods gelato on clearance @walmart. Some how I missed they put flipping Marcella wine in it. I was looking for obscure names of alcohol and completely missed the wine. Now my mouth is numb from an allergic reaction.
