@SamsungUK So, I should have recieved my Watch6 a week ago after pre-ordering the S24 Ultra and guess what I still don't have.

Apparently 52 days isn't long enough to send me a watch.

That's a week later than you state in your own Terms and conditions.

The lock button is where it is, likely because it's where your thumb rests while holding it seeing as it's something you're going to use more often.

@ditzyfluff @SamsungUK @BBCNews I mean you have to be thick to not know you're turning the volume down when on first press the volume doesn't adjust, nor does it make the audible tone that it's turning down, nor does it display on your screen that the volume is being adjusted.
