The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) brings together our logistics, support & acquisition activities, providing effective & cost-efficient multinational solutions. This is crucial as Allies invest more in defence & procure the capabilities that will bolster our ability to deter and defend

Two men have been charged with serious security offenses in Britain after being arrested in connection with the incident last month near RAF Fairford, the air base in England that had been used by the U.S. military to launch strikes on Iran, the U.K. Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) said Tuesday. https://t.co/jNY5u3oEc0
NATO gets moving. Latvia is ready. 💪
Around 3,000 troops and 1,000 pieces of military equipment are moving across Latvia 🇱🇻 for Resolute Reforger 2026, as NATO’s Multinational Brigade puts its ability to deploy and operate across distances to the test.
Moving thousands of troops and their equipment is no small operation, but NATO’s Allies know how to get the job done. Different nations, working as one, with the capability to move fast and the determination to defend every inch of Allied territory.
This is NATO in action. This is NATO 3.0.

RAF Fairford update from @TerrorismPolice:
This morning two men have been charged under the National Security Act, following an extensive investigation into activity which took place near RAF Fairford on Sunday 27 September.
Head of National Counter Terrorism Policing in the UK, Assistant Commissioner Laurence Taylor, said:
“Earlier this morning, Nouman Essghir, 24, a British national from the Borough of Westminster, London, was charged under Section 4 of the National Security Act 2023, for suspected activity on Saturday 22 August. He was first arrested at the scene in Gloucestershire on Sunday 27 September, and re-arrested on 20 October.
“Essghir will appear at Westminster Magistrates Court this morning.
“A second man, a 25-year-old dual UK/Iranian national, re-arrested on the same date, has been released without charge. However, he remains on police bail following his first arrest on Thursday 1 October.
“Following the re-arrest of these individuals, detectives also interviewed a further man under caution.
“As a result, Mohammed Abdul Karim, a 24-year-old British national, from the Borough of Westminster, London, has been charged under Section 3 of the National Security Act 2023, which makes it an offence to assist a foreign intelligence service.
“In this case, we believe that country to be Iran. Karim will appear at Westminster Magistrates today.
“The five other men arrested in connection with this investigation, remain on police bail.
“We have seen a range of incidents in recent months that we believe have been directed by the Iranian state, and as the Director General of Mi5 said just the other week, we are working together to intervene, identify and respond to that threat.
“The public can help us with this, and as always, I would urge them to report anything that they’re worried about – those reports can and do make a difference.”
Spoke with President of Finland @alexstubb and Prime Minister of Norway @jonasgahrstore following their call today with the Russian leader and as a continuation of our discussions in Oslo with representatives of America, Europe, and NATO. I am grateful for the detailed briefing and for their active support for our diplomacy and the peace efforts we are pursuing together with all our partners.
Alex and Jonas made it clear to the Russian leader that real de-escalatory steps are needed regarding our energy and infrastructure. We discussed preparations for the trilateral meeting planned for November at the team level – Ukrainian, American, and Russian. Finland and Norway, as countries that border Russia, have a particular interest in sound and reliable security arrangements. We also discussed various formats for our engagement with partners in Europe that could be useful in further supporting diplomacy, our defense, and our shared security.
There must be peace, de-escalation is needed, and Russia must stop dragging out the war. I thank everyone who stands with Ukraine!
On 26 October, HR/VP @kajakallas attended the E5 Defence Ministers Meeting in Paris.
Ministers from France, Germany, Italy, Poland and the United Kingdom discussed support for Ukraine, European defence and conflicts in the Middle East.
The HR/VP stressed the need to increase pressure on Russia’s shadow fleet across key maritime chokepoints, as Russia continues to strike Kyiv and sink civilian vessels in the Black Sea.

Romanian authorities have exposed a sabotage network coordinated by the Russian Federation behind the September 14th arson attack at the Carfil industrial platform in Brașov/Romania near a defense industry manufacturer.
This is part of a broader campaign of sabotage across Europe, targeting also defense production.
Hybrid attacks will not hold us back from strengthening our resilience and defence.
WATCH: 🇷🇴 Antena 3 CNN has released footage from inside the burned building at Romania’s Carfil weapons factory in Brașov, following a fire linked by Romanian intelligence to a sabotage operation coordinated by Russian intelligence services.
Romanian authorities say the network was coordinated from Russia and had been assigned targets across the region, including arms manufacturing facilities and other military-related sites. Security has since been increased around military units and defence facilities across Romania.
@Alexstubb and I had a good phone call with President @ZelenskyyUA, we discussed our call earlier today with President Putin. Norway and Finland will continue our support to Ukraine, and the efforts to ensure a just and lasting peace
