Tennessee doesn’t need a huge class or a loaded class with what they have and what they’re returning. UGA only has 3 top 100 players. Bama only has two in the top 250. All three schools are planning to return a ton.
Ralph Scott has been awesome today at Tennessee basketball practice.
Using his long frame to hit shots over defenders but also grabbing tough rebounds and playing with force.
Impressive showing today from the freshman wing.
You hate to react to summer league, but after watching all of these guys the last few years in college and AAU, I think KG is gonna be right.
This is a special draft class.
DeWayne Brown is as important as anyone on Tennessee's roster and was arguably the best player on the court during Tuesday's practice.
Tennessee consistently used Brown as a facilitator both off the short roll and with his back to the basket.

These idiots really thought they could pull off a JFK level a**assination, cover it up with the fedslop of this administration and the grifting idiots at TPUSA, and then punish anyone questioning their narrative. They sat around and were like, yeah, this is a solid idea 💀💀
If Tennessee lands DGG their 2027 offense will look like this:
5 star QB Brandon
5 star LT Sanders Jr
5 star RT (and DGG teammate) Osenda
Top 50 recruit TE Brame
5 star WR TK Keys
5 star WR Mike Matthews
4th and 5th yr guys at OG/C
But sure. He’s all we can afford.
As a Tennessee fan, I don't love admitting this, but one of the big reasons I feel like the Vols ends up landing DGG is because they're more desperate.
- Vols have 1 commit in the top 100, Ohio State has 6
- Vols are ranked #32 in the country, Ohio State is #9
And, because of that, Tennessee has a LOT more money to spend on in recruiting because they don't already have deals with a TON of top prospects.
Desperation & money aren't the only reasons. They've done a great job recruiting him. Have built legitimate relationships, but I believe Ohio State has a monetary limit in this recruitment that Tennessee doesn't.
The No. 1 recruit in the 2027 class, five-star point guard Kaleena Smith, is taking an official visit to see Lady Vols basketball, according to a report from @DushawnLondon1.
She'll be in Knoxville the weekend Tennessee football hosts Texas ⬇️

Last year, Microsoft made $101 billion in profits, got a $12.5 billion tax break from Trump & paid its CEO $96 million.
This year, it’s raising the price of an Xbox by $150 & eliminating 3,200 jobs.
Please don’t tell me corporate tax breaks create jobs. It never trickles down.
Release it. Release it all. Stop fucking around and release this shit already. The fuck is wrong with anyone holding on to this stuff and NOT releasing it??
After reading the latest Wiltfong article on DGG, where his uncle reports that the 5-Star RB has already made his decision, I come away more confident in Tennessee than I ever have. And not just because of the money. That's obviously a factor, but I don't think the most important one in this recruitment.
Something that has become obvious is DGG cares about legacy. And it's harder to leave one at Ohio State than it is at Tennessee. That's just the truth.
If he's a Heisman finalist at Tennessee, he's automatically the best player we've seen in Knoxville since Peyton. Ohio State has had 7 Heisman finalists since 2018.
If he's a top 10 pick in the NFL Draft, he's the second to do that for Tennessee since 2010. Ohio State just had three go in the top 10 two months ago.
Of course, all of those could be looked at as reasons to choose Ohio State, and I don't think anyone would think he's dumb to do so, but if he cares about LEGACY, he can make one in Knoxville in year one.

Told by several close to the situation that Georges has felt a sense of relief since making his decision and is “100 percent comfortable with it.” He will be the highest-paid RB ever coming out of high school.
Today the Tyler Robinson show trial begins.
Evidence like text message confessions will be allowed in the court room, despite the fact that Tyler’s defense has not been allowed to vet those messages to determine if they were doctored or who actually sent them. Remember, the FBI and ATF was not forced to turn over key evidence despite multiple discovery requests because the judge has ruled it’s not necessary at this stage.
Key witness testimony from Lance Twiggs will be played, but Lance Twiggs is not allowed to be cross-examined because the judge has ruled it’s not necessary at this stage.
Today is about emotion. You will hear the Fed’s narrative absent any ability for the defense to meaningfully dispute it.
What you can expect (aside from Erika’s tears) are an orbit of her pay-rolled influencers trying to convince you that the unvetted evidence is “overwhelming” and “undeniable”.
Sit back and watch the predictable show. The real trial will come later.
Charlie’s army is growing. Ultimately, truth will win.
Brad Stevens on Paul George:
Per: @celtics
"Paul George has been one of the best two-way wings of the last decade in the NBA and can easily fit into any group," said Stevens. "He's looking forward to joining the Celtics, and we're excited to welcome him and his family."
DeRozan had a partial guarantee on his contract for next season, but he and Sacramento worked on his release Monday to allow him to find a new home. Multiple contenders are expected to have interest in the veteran guard.
