@_The_Prophet__ Somewhat agree, but counterpoint: in general, new homes are in these terrible 1k+ home subdivisions with the souls sucked out of them. Maybe buyers are realizing it’s worth finding an existing home with a decent size lot and some character/charm not found in mass produced slop.

@jasonc_nc I’ve been saying this for years. The amount and types of calls fire departments go in with their rigs is not efficient or tax friendly. The building codes have made structures safer but yet it’s not reflected in fire dept budgets!

@TRHLofficial With all the lawfare that happens around Trump. Somebody should have standing to file a lawsuit to stop this until such time as a court can hear this. If a company raised prices because of tariffs and customers paid it, the company is not entitled to the tariff refund!
