@El_Californio78@Thatbrian Asking your "living mother" to pray for you while you are both living is not the same as asking the physically dead mother of Jesus to pray for you.
@El_Californio78@Thatbrian Wrong sir.
There is ONE mediator between God and man and that is Jesus Christ. 1Tim 1:25.
Yes He was born of Mary but that in NO way implies that Mary is our mediator.
@travelingflying You only need to feel a burning in your bosom (chest) to be a mormon. A "feeling" that it is right and you're in!
No truth, no understanding. just a "burning".
It's not so much THIS sermon using a ladder. It's about the spirit of the age and the presentation of the Gospel. And by the spirit of the age I mean the "need" to dumb things down and make the Gospel entertaining and "cool".
Unleash the lion of Judah! Unleash the Word of God and let the Holy Spirit do it's work for each individual.
Sow the Word!
@mikerelaut@DennisMJordan No, we do not.
The true and living God sent His son, Jesus Christ, to die a brutal death for His people's sins.
It isn't this "same God different name" nonsense. God's glory will not be shared or mistaken for the fictional god of Islam.
