🚨 The results are in! 🚨

In our ballot, @NEUnion members have voted in overwhelming numbers to take historic strike action for a fully funded, above-inflation pay rise.

We have to save our schools.

What an incredible statement! 🤦‍♀️ It is entirely correct that the majority of secondary staff and leaders DO NOT support ESC's flawed model. Such disdain of our teachers' professional opinion and expertise. Unbelievable remarks from an elected deputy.

'We'll be led by ESC on that & it would be entirely wrong for us [P&R] to be the ones deciding how much staff they have'.

Deputy Dave Mahoney who leads on States recruitment says it's not P&R ho will have the final say on if La Mare staff keep their jobs if the school is shut.
