Thanks a million @Ryanair for making it very clear at the boarding gate that today's 15:05 flight from Dublin to Brussels wouldn't be leaving until 21:00. It was so helpful. Especially when I returned to the Airport again at 18:00 only to be told it had left at 16:30. Champions.

Meant to fly Bologna-Stansted yesterday with @Ryanair. After boarding,they made us wait for over 4 hours on the plane without telling us that water was free and that we could receive a refund for any purchase made on board.
We were told we couldn’t fly for the day and to wait.

If you know that the #airtrafficcontrol in the UK is in disarray and you don’t have permission to fly, don’t try your luck but do send an email to people informing them of the delay, rather that telling them about it once they are onboard.
