ACCORD PARTY IN IREWOLE LASHED AT APC ON THEIR STATEMENT ON KILLINGS IN IKIRE, DESCRIBING THEM AS MISCHIEF MAKER.
The Accord Party, Irewole Local Government Chapter, has taken note of the press address issued by the Osun APC Media Cluster concerning the unfortunate incident at
Truck driver compares security checkpoints across Northern Nigeria, from Kaduna to Lokoja, Kogi State, with those in the Eastern part of the country, as he documents his entire journey, including the task force officers he encountered along the way.
Today, I must bring to the attention of all Nigerians an alarming act of political intimidation. As the NDC candidate for Surulere 1, alongside Mr. Peter Obi and other NDC supporters, I was dismayed to see over 50 of my big campaign banners removed by the APC-led Lagos State Signage LASAA. This was carried in their truck with security escorts. These banners, placed in public spaces, were taken down while APC banners remained intact.
Their spokesperson of the LASAA told me that the poles were lagos government property and it has been assigned to “ Outdoor Practitioners”
They claim to take it Alausa, only for me to discover this evening that my banners are hidden somewhere in the surulere Local Government Area in onilegogoro
I ask: what right does the signage agency have to silence us during this crucial election season? INEC has lifted all bans to ensure free campaigning, and we will not accept this bullying. Meanwhile, Barakat,s banner is still intact , Fuad,s posters are all over the place
I call on all Nigerians to see what the APC government is doing to us and to question why they fear a fair contest.
I also call on the national leadership of the NDC to investigate this intimidation and demand that APC stop this bullying of opposition parties.
These are my banners they carried
Meanwhile these “Signage abusers of office left all the APC banners alone
Signed,
Dr. Adefolaseye Adebomi Adebayo
NDC, House of Reps, Surulere 1.

Be accountable for once @PoliceNG, we will not let this matter slide.
A car belonging to one @RbrnJerry was stolen but later recovered by the police, the owner identified the car after the recovery and was requested to pay a particular sum of money which he paid.
Only at the time which he was supposed to take possession of the car, he was informed that the car had been sold by some police men right in the police station.
This matter deserves the attention it needs, we must not keep quiet at the face of this injustice.
Remember, today may be Mr. Oguji Jeremiah Onyebuchi, tomorrow it may be you or me.
Let's help a brother to get justice, this must not be allowed.
Repost, quote and tag the necessary authorities until justice is served.

Ibrahim Babangida, former military President of Nigeria, on what led to the construction of Third Mainland Bridge in Lagos.
IBB watched a TV show and saw an American broadcaster mock Nigeria. The white man went to the Bridge when it wasn't completed. And also said that we never finish projects because they're elephant projects.
IBB was annoyed and decided to proof him wrong. It was a thing of National pride to him.
When he became President, the third mainland Bridge was his number one priority.
😂💀 VENUE CRISIS IN LUSAKA!!
Two lovebirds thought they were about to have the night of their lives… only to discover they’d walked straight into someone else’s house in Woodlands Extension and made themselves comfortable in the MASTER BEDROOM.
The man had the lady fully convinced this was his place. Smooth talk, confidence on 100, “babe this is home” energy. She believed him. They walked in. Settled in. Probably already planning the playlist and the snacks…
Then the actual owners showed up.
Next thing you know, both of them are being dragged to the police like they just robbed a bank instead of just trying to catch a vibe in the wrong postcode.
Imagine the silence in that bedroom when the real keys hit the door.
Imagine the lady’s face when she realised her “soft life provider” was just a professional liar with zero mortgage.
Imagine the man’s internal monologue: “I should’ve at least changed the curtains first…”
Lusaka really said “no free Airbnb tonight.”
This is the kind of story that makes you check the address twice, the keys three times, and the man’s bank statement before you even take off your shoes.

Y’all stay safe out here… and please, for the love of God, confirm the house is actually yours before you start undressing. 😭🏠
The United States is horrified by yet another murderous attack in the Middle Belt of Nigeria, killing dozens of people asleep in their homes in Plateau State. This is especially troubling coming on the heels of the recent CPC Working Group meeting. We extend our deepest condolences to the families of those missing and killed, and we strongly urge the Nigerian government to meet their commitments to protect Christian communities and to hold perpetrators of violence accountable.
Policemen in Mufti went to this lady’s house to arrest her cos someone allegedly wrote a petition against her, she asked how they entered her compound and who opened the door for them and this happened🙆🏼♂️
LAGOS DEALERS ARE PUSHING BACK
The Lagos State Motor Dealers Association has now taken a formal step towards pushing back against the reported indiscriminate impounding of vehicles bearing valid dealer number plates.
A letter dated 17 August 2026 has been addressed to the relevant authorities, including the:
• Commissioner for Transport, Lagos State
• Permanent Secretary, Motor Vehicle Administration Agency (MVAA)
• Honourable Speaker, Lagos State House of Assembly
The Association is calling for clear and uniform enforcement guidelines and an end to the indiscriminate impounding of vehicles with valid dealer number plates.
This is now moving beyond individual complaints. The dealers’ association is formally engaging the government for clarity and a resolution.
We will continue to follow this closely.
I don't like false or unfair comparisons. Okomu Oil has had a self-powering mill even more sophisticated than the mill shown in th second video since the early 90s. They are in Edo State, Nigeria. Nigerians make up the overwhelming majority of the workers there. Presco even refines its palm oil, and it also has a modern mill.
NIFOR (Nigerian Institute for Oil Palm Research) in Edo State also did the research that created the high-yielding Tenera oil palm variety present in both videos.
Nigeria may be messed up overall, but many parts still work. We still have local production in a crude form because demand for palm oil in Nigeria far outstrips supply. The same is true for bottled water and sachet water.
This is the lady who sadly died in China. 💔
Businesswoman Blessing Orji, popularly known as Bebe Jewelry or Bebe Orji, was in China to source goods for her business.
In the CCTV footage released, she was seen holding her chest, drinking water, and eventually collapsing.
I watched the video, and tears filled my eyes. 🥺Life is indeed fickle.
Who would have thought that the visa she got to travel to China would eventually become her last journey?
Do not be deceived. The APC came with all their might to take Osun State.
The APC-led administration withheld ₦202 billion in allocations to the local governments in Osun.
The APC wanted to use the courts to get Accord deregistered.
Listen carefully to Davido’s father, Dr. Deji Adeleke, in this video.
He narrated how the superior altar on which he depended was able to counter all the APC’s devices and evil plans.
This is how we will defeat them in January.
I am so confident.
