Hugely proud of our project team and all the wonderful perinatal clinicians in the West and SW that have invested their time, energy and 💜 to optimise care for our premature babies. They are the winners here, whether we win or not. Pretty 👌🏻 to be shortlisted though 🥳
Dr Sarah Bates has just won the Adolescent and Child Care award for her incredible work supporting children and babies.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr Bates has continued to support families whose babies require additional support after birth in a hospital environment.
Next on our @peri_prem event today, we're privileged to hear from Eleri Adams @NHSGIRFT about making positive change in perinatal & neonatal care, and how working together on PERIPrem can make all the difference
A @peri_prem spring garden! A huge thank you to all our wonderful regional perinatal teams for optimising care for premature babies and giving them the best chances to bloom💜💐🌸🌻
We have now given more than 600,000 COVID-19 vaccinations in our area. We are starting to vaccinate people over 44 and continue to focus on providing more second doses.

I made my way through the crowd on my way back from work last night and spoke to a few of the @ASPolice officers in front of the station. I’m sure I speak for many when I say we are very grateful for their service! A huge shame that a small few ruined a peaceful protest #bristol
