Hamit Coskun burns a Koran in protest. A bystander attacks him with a knife. Yet Hamit has now been convicted, after the Court determined that being attacked with a knife showed his protest was... provocative.
“That the conduct was disorderly is no better illustrated than by the fact that it led to serious public disorder involving [Hamit] being assaulted by two different people,” the judge concluded.
This is a dangerous precedent. By shifting legal responsibility onto critics of religion for how others respond, it creates a heckler’s veto by violence — and leaves the door wide open for the return of blasphemy laws in all but name.
The FSU has pledged to support Hamit’s appeal against the ruling. Help us fight this madness:

Speech in Oslo, Norway:
I would like to send my message to the people in the back who are yelling “Intifada! Intifada!”
Do you know that you are supporters of terrorism? Do you know that “intifada” means the bombing of innocent children and people?
How dare you scream “Intifada” in Norway? A country based on equality, peace, and tolerance?
This is not the 1930s anymore. The Jewish people have a state. They protect themselves — and they will continue to protect themselves.
That is why they are angry. They don’t want the Jewish people to have self-determination, rights, peace, and love.
They feed off fear, antisemitism, terrorism, and “intifada.”
I come from Yemen, and the Houthis who are attacking Israel — their slogan starts with “Death to America.”
Because this war is not about Israel. It’s about the destruction of Western civilization as we know it.
The destruction of human rights, women’s rights, gay rights, and everything that the West has built and fought for, for centuries.
How DARE you scream “intifada” in Norway?
You are a shame. Not only to Oslo, but to the Middle East, and the human species as a whole.
And finally, I’d like to say: AM YISRAEL CHAI.
Both the Colorado and DC attacks happened shortly after MSM pushed complete lies about Israel.
DC - "14,000 babies will die in 48 hours" - two Israelis executed
Colorado - "Israel kills 31 Palestinians while they receive aid" - Jews firebombed
It's a pattern.
Just heard Jeremy Bowen on @BBCRadio4 say that it must have been the IDF that killed those at the food distribution centre because no one else has the capability.
Yet Hamas managed to murder 1200 on Oct 7th.
This man can’t be taken seriously.
Today’s Sunday World glorifying young children wearing balaclavas & promoting Kneecap, a pro terrorism gang.
If this was the other way around & it was a loyalist child, there would be outcry.
📰GERRY ADAMS WINS DUBLIN LIBEL ACTION BUT NOW FACES CASE IN LONDON
The recent Dublin ruling in Gerry Adams’s favor against the BBC has no bearing on the victims of the IRA’s upcoming case at London’s Royal Courts of Justice in March 2026.
We represent victims of IRA attacks and will be presenting evidence from former IRA members, senior security officials, and others to establish Adams’s alleged command and control over the IRA during the Troubles.
This case, seeks truth, not financial gain
Our door remains open for witnesses.

The Adams verdict is repugnant to all right thinking people. The real Adams that I know & dealt with is outlined in my book #JusticeForMyFather. #Justice
This is Mary Travers. Look at how young she was. There is something profoundly sick with people who delight online in deliberately re-traumatising people who have been hurt far too much already.
There would be outcry if this child was stood beside a Loyalist band wearing a balaclava with a Union flag on it. How has society managed to normalise this and make it deemed acceptable?
“I’m happy to talk to you about this issue. I’m a Saudi girl, and I have a lot to say, but I’ll start from when I was 13 — before I had even reached puberty. My mother used to force me to wear the niqab in a way that can only be described as coercion. She would say, I’m your mother, and I won’t love or respect you unless you wear it — for the sake of your faith and for your father
But when I wore it, I didn’t see the love or respect she had claimed. It felt more like an attempt to make me feel hated and rejected.
Now I’m 20 years old.
The funny part is, my brother — who is 18 — is currently traveling with friends who are both older and younger than him, and he’s always presented as the “man” whose mind is supposedly more mature and logical than mine.
I just hope I can get out of here with my mental and emotional health still intact.”
