Some record high temps have been broken so far today. As of 300 PM PDT, the Portland & Troutdale airports were both at 83 degrees. Hillsboro was at 86 degrees, beating the old record of 84 (set in 1996). Old record for Portland was 82 (set in 1971), & 82 for Troutdale (set 1996).
