@edfenergy I am lucky to have both my parents but the stress you are causing my 80 year old dad since moving house last October is disgusting. He doesn’t want me to get involved but I can’t standby any longer!

@edfenergy Thank you, I will do just that. They were a loyal of edf but moved into a house served by British Gas they have tried endless times to return to your service. It’s so hard hearing the impact this is having on my dads health.
