Immense public pressure to charge v. complicated evidentiary hurdles and a defendant more motivated to push a trial.

@0hour1 Everyone always misses the most important fact about the use of force… whether the person claiming self defense had a justified fear of serious personal injury or death. The context is unique to the claimant. Here, death threats will be a huge factor.
