@BullTheoryio Makes perfect sense, deleveraging ongoing after October 10 crash ADL event. Market makers have holes on their balance sheets and are selling to fill them, with low liquidity = downward pressure. This lasted 8 weeks when it last happened. We are 6 weeks into it.

With all due respect, it’s time to serve multiple subpoenas on @GaryGensler and the @SECGov. I encourage everyone to read the Amicus Brief I filed in the @coinbase case. There’s a section in the brief proving Gensler is a bad faith regulator who has infected the entire agency.
