@OctopusEnergy just had a very unpleasant email informing me that we are in debt almost £400 from our Avro energy account which is news to us as we were in credit when they ceased ?!!

@MartinSLewis Hi Martin until recently I was an Avro energy customer. Finally had a final bill for £400 not happy ! They are claiming that avro undercharged… are we liable to pay this if they did in fact underestimate our usage and we submitted regular readings ?
