Ooh look... it's the certificates for completing the #CoronavirusChallenge! Many thanks to all involved in organising it, in particular @LDWAGroups who was the driving force behind the whole thing.
Y 100 Rhithwir Sir Fynwy still in full swing. The first few runners have now finished, while most walkers are through the breakfast stop and pressing on to the later checkpoints. How's this for some CP food?

Today was a historic moment for @LDWA1 as the first ever video conference NEC meeting took place. The meeting was lengthy (as they usually are) and addressed the many issues that ensure that the organisation continues to run smoothly. Photo courtesy of @stubo37 !

Having this knowledge and confidence to use CPR can save a life. I know, it was used on me & saved mine last July. Donβt worry about broken ribs they heal. π΄σ §σ ’σ ·σ ¬σ ³σ Ώπβ‘οΈβ€οΈπ»
I did some of the Witton Weavers Trail when I entered the @LDWA1 Red Rose 50 a few years ago. From the bits that I did, I'd say it's well worth exploring. Another cracker of a non-national trail on the only known UK long distance paths database.
