Roblox support is genuinely getting out of hand.

One of my emotes, with 300,000 sales that has been up for sale since August of 2025 when emotes first came out, has been wrongfully taken down.

9 days ago, it was taken down for "Spam", and my appeal through Help & Safety was accepted. The item was never reinstated to the website, so I then contacted support like normal for asset appeals.

Over the course of 9 days, I have been going in a loop with Roblox support after they had claimed on three separate occasions that my appeal was accepted, and I can expect the item to be reinstated after 3 days. After 3 days, the item still was not back up so I replied again for further updates.

Yesterday, I got an update saying they can no longer accept my appeal (that had already been accepted three times), because my emote depicted "Terrorism" and "Violent Extremism". This is a completely different reason from their original takedown for "Spam". There are still copies of my emote up now, profiting off of my content, so clearly it is not an issue stemming from the asset itself, otherwise they all would have been taken down. I cannot even DMCA because my own asset is moderated.

Roblox support has genuinely gotten so ridiculous and has made it nearly impossible for real creators to appeal mistakes that Roblox has made. I don't even know what to do from here, and it significantly impacts my revenue.
If anyone is able to help or has any advice, it is much appreciated!

Update again. They denied the appeal. Again. I’m seriously dissapointed in the auto moderation system roblox has. If anyone has any better way to try and get this appealed please let me know. This is extremely frustrating.
