@monzo Why have personal & joint accounts been frozen for 48+ hours? A payment was flagged as a scam, fine, decline it. But locking us out completely with no access to our money is unacceptable. We’ve received the goods we wanted to buy, by using another bank so what’s the delay?
@monzo how is it acceptable to freeze both a personal AND joint account for over 48 hours and leave a family with no access to their own money?
No communication. No timeline. No urgency.
