The demand for a 5 Day Work Week in banks is not new. It already stands agreed upon in the Bipartite Settlement of March 2024. What remains is its long-pending implementation.

At the same time, the unilateral and discriminatory PLI system must be abolished and replaced with a fair, transparent and inclusive framework for all employees, recognising the collective effort behind every institution’s performance.

Hardworking bank employees are not asking for privilege. They are asking for implementation of an agreement and equality in reward.

A motivated banking workforce strengthens Indian banking and the nation.

➡️ The Right to Information Act of 2005, Which Promoted Transparency in Government Institutions.

➡️ Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) 2005, Which Provided Livelihood, Sustenance and Employment to Poors.

➡️ Signing of the Indo-US Nuclear Agreement 2008 which made India as one of the Strongest Nuclear Country.

➡️ You Ended the Polio-Pandemic of India in 2012.

➡️ India Clocked it's Highest GDP Growth at 10.08% in 2006-2007.

➡️ Again Saved India from Infamous 2008 World Economic Deflation.

➡️Right to education Act 2009 Which Aims Towards Providing Free and Compulsory Elementary Education to All.

➡️ You Lifted 27 Crore Indians Out of Poverty.

➡️ Taken India to World's 3rd Largest Economy.

-This is Just a few numbers of Achievement You have done for Us Indians.

-In Return We Voted You out and Voted to Most Corrupt Party twice.

-And Now We Realised that Our India is Suffering from Major Communal and Economical Crisis. Our Media has been Sold out, the Pillars of Our Democracy have become Unstable. There are no Rights left for us Common People.

Although We are flawed human being, this does not excuse the mistakes We have done with You Sir !! Only It can be done by Voting Out this Government !!
