- safe, accepting home
- food, water, shelter, etc

They don’t have a right to know how a child identifies, or about their sexuality. Those are personal things. If a youth feels safe, they’ll tell them.

"Based on current evidence, the very early use of norepinephrine and its combination with smaller amounts of IV fluids in fluid-responsive hypotensive septic shock patients seems to be a safe strategy with better management results compared to large-volume fluids before vasopressor initiation.
