@SamClench Not a fan of either candidate (Australian, so my view is irrelevant), but your bias in your coverage was the only standout I could see. All for you having an opinion but your content is on https://t.co/Sod1qczCIB as "US Politics" and was hardly independent
@DaveRic1@telegraph_sport If you want to show the US you're national, you cant have 3/4 of the teams from one state. Need to space Dolphins, Cowboys, Gold Coast, Melbourne, Canberra and NZ accordingly.
If you love #nrl and more importantly the game of rugby league, you'll support any formal decision for the growth of the game, no matter what your head tells you.
@uspolitical87 One team in the second biggest market for rugby league on the planet and comparing it to a long-term targeted growth region with limited developed is a sub-optimal position.
"Will more kids in Queensland play the game if we have a second Brisbane team?"- Karl Morris. You've got it 100% correct as Broncos chairman. This is what it's about. More kids playing, more people watching and being involved in the game. It's all that matters. #nrl#brisbane
Just quietly, Tom Trbojevic acceptance speech for player of the series should not go without recognition. Thanked QLD Govt for opportunity to play. Thanked major sponsor Ampol and other sponsors for support. Fans. Then thanked others. Classy effort. Some players have brains.
Gus - would be great to hear what fans want. As a potential new club, I’m keen to understand how we ensure fans are treated as #1 priority alongside the players.
Just retweeted a sample of the messages people sent me during last night’s NRL matches. I get them every week. The trend is obvious. The fans are frustrated at not having a voice. They are frustrated with how our game is officiated. There is no sugar-coating that bitter pill.
