We are shocked and deeply saddened to hear of the tragic news regarding Simon Mullings of @HF_LawCentre. He was a legend of housing law and a true leader in our community. We send our love and condolences to his family, friends and colleagues. He will be sorely missed by all.
@Georgia_Gould@MayorofLondon Congrats Georgia on your election! You’ll be a great MP! I’m sure you will excel up the ministerial greasy pole! No doubt we will cross paths in Queens Park and Maida Vale and @QPMVLabour Sean

Well done to @MarcinBrajta. High Court found the RBKC decision to refuse accommodation pending review unlawful and in breach of equalities duties. A rare and special success in this type of case. Thank you to Kevin Gannon, @NickBano and @angharadmamonk! https://t.co/xnzmKrzrgy…)
In this month's @LegalActionMag our trainee solicitor

1/ Decision by local authority to offer benefit-capped single mother accommodation 175 miles away from her lifelong home in East London found unlawful in important decision by the Court of Appeal on out-of-borough offers for homeless applicants. https://t.co/BZWuDckFMs
CCLC successfully concluded a Tribunal claim for an older person who was made redundant without recourse to formal procedures after 10 years of service. The parties reached a settlement prior to the hearing for the outstanding notice pay due. Well done, Diane!
Our housing team, led by @DSBernardi & @JEHitchens as Counsel, are challenging Camden Council's refusal to accommodate a destitute migrant during the pandemic using emergency powers. They dispute there is an immediate risk to his life. We believe this violates his human rights.
Permission granted for a JR against Camden Council's refusal to accommodate my client under the #EveryoneIn scheme. Big shout out @JEHitchens for drafting brilliant grounds.
