@flyPAL Don’t fly Philippines Airline. They are crooks. I am flying to China and they forced me to do a ticket change for $100 to add my middle names when it is not mandatory. I WILL NEVER FLY WITH THEM AGAIN!!! Bunch of crooks seeking small profits!
@easyJet has zero respect for its customers! Heading back from Geneva on EZY2552 and our flight was delayed by 30 minutes to wait for a cabin crew they wanted fly back to Luton… This is a complete disgrace! I am sure they will use another reason to explain subsequent delays!
I am a @British_Airways Gold member and I ditched the awful BA paninis for a proper business class experience on @qatarairways with caviar, salmon and Bollinger. Yes BA, we see your ugly cost cutting and we have choice of airlines!!! We are fed up of your games…

@British_Airways is an airline run by accountants and its Club World is a disgrace! You pay £££££ for a return ticket to JFK to be treated to their cheap horrible breakfast and an even cheaper panini and muffin. Really? This must be a joke. Awful @HeadForPoints
@British_Airways is launching their horrible new Club scheme and they cannot even get the lifetime points calculation or expiry right! I have been a Gold member for 10+ years and I think it is time to move on from this constant disaster (5 complaints in my last 6 flights!)...
Once again awful customer experience from @British_Airways . This is what my wife and I get (we are both Gold members) when we try to check in online for our flights from Fuerteventura to LHR without any luggages. Your airline and IT systems are a disaster.
@British_Airways Nothing ever works or is guaranteed with BA. Time to get our Gold status match with another headline and escape years of poor services. 4 flights recently = 4 complaints. Nothing works!
@VirginAtlantic website is just awful. You get an error message every time you try to claim missing miles from airline partners. No way to send an email. Just a poor experience. Can't be bothered to spend an hour on the phone for a few miles!
I am a big fan @quidco but super frustrating to see that their tracking doesn't work for @Marriott. I followed all their instructions, used different machines, etc and no tracking. No issue with other retailers so really something wrong with the Marriott set up.
@Iberia@traveloneworld@iberia there was also no entertainment system on the flight and you agreed to provide a 5,000 Avios compensation which I still haven’t received. Can you please sort this out as?
Why would someone bother becoming Gold on @British_Airways and @traveloneworld when they cannot even resolve a mileage credit issue between BA and @Iberia (both owned by IAG)? I am Gold and I have been chasing them for weeks now. ZERO RESPECT for loyal customers.
