@British_Airways You have apparently merged my delayed claim with lost luggage. This is two expense claims. First claim was put in on 27th August

I really can't imagine what it must be like if you are living paycheck to paycheck,you save up to have a holiday,then @British_Airways loses your luggage&its takes going on 32 days(&counting)to even get a reply to an expenses claim.Their guide of 28days is long enough

@GWRHelp never feel comfortable bringing a bike on these new trains GWR. The design barely fits two bike & it just means that heavy steel bikes swing into a carbon frame. Do you have plans to get new bike storage space. Every cyclist I meet hates them. Thanks

Strong finish to the year. Just confirmed an equipment partner for an attempt at the Zwift Distance Record (currently 1828km) in the early summer of 2019. More information to be announced in the New Year.
