@The_Drama_Coach @RogersHistory I can't believe the nonsense you are having to endure for speaking the truth. What is up with people, especially educators, refusing to take responsibility. I'm sure you are having a greater impact on pupils than those that are attacking you and that's what matters. Keep it up
@bhmarsh92@missgeog92 Yes, I'm a teacher. I've had a number of year 11sin tears because they won't be seeing me after their exams and begging me to come to prom which is why I advised with some self-reflection. Teenagers are amongst the most honest people on the planet so their feedback must be used.
@missgeog92 I'm not sure blaming Twitter is right here, Twitter didn't send the message. that's like me saying something and then blaming the 'vibrations' for carrying the message.
@mr_englishteach Although the top 5 strategies you mention are dubious it does not mean there are no strategies that work with boys. Boys and girls have specific needs and if we, as teachers, can tap into these we may surprise ourselves and change lives for the better.
@MrsClovessci @mr_englishteach@El18Lindsay There are but it is politically incorrect to say what they are. I saying that as someone who's boys outperform girls in every class I teach.
@AdamBienkov Only that's not what he is saying. I'm not a tory but what a shame that you've had to resort to this kind of woke virtue signaling. Poor show!
@T_Aprimary@MWardBehaviour ๐คฃ. Lol! There was no "telling a woman how yo do something in that message. Typical defensive response from another victim. Very empowering(!)

Was anxious about online teaching. But I'm judging success based on the fact 100 kids are turning up every week to learn from me. Even though kids tell you they hate your class, this proves they love learning. We are lucky to be able to teach.
@jlandpcustserv John Lewis and Partners. Eager to take your money but not helpful when things go wrong. Been on over 20 mins and they hung up twice. Fuming!
