Been having a frustrating back and forth with the support team of @cosmicbyteindia
I bought their Blitz controller and the Amazon page says it's compatible with PC. But turns out it's not compatible with my pc. The response I got from their support team is ridiculous.

they said they don't guarantee any compatibility and are now asking me to pay all the shipping costs without resolving my issue. Did not even try to fix it.
Anyone thinking of buying from them beware if it doesn't work with your PC, they don't provide any replacements/refund.
