Do not accept the roles that society foists on you.
Re-create yourself by forging a new identity, one that commands attention and never bores the audience.
Be the master of your own image rather than letting others define if for you. Incorporate dramatic devices into your public gestures and actions – your power will be enhanced and your character will seem larger than life.
How & why to get weekly "zone 2" cardio workouts:
"The scientific data tell us we should all be getting anywhere from 150 to 200 minutes per week minimum of zone two cardio."
Zone two cardio can be spread throughout your daily activities:
- Taking groceries in and out of the grocery store
- Running around with the kids
- Taking a walk with a coworker while having a work discussion
- Taking your calls for work while pacing in the office or going outside.
"If you simply make the effort to move around a lot more during your daily activities, you're going to hit that threshold of 200 minutes per week minimum."

This Is How Africans Peacefully Coexist With Wild Animals - Until Muzungu “CONservation” Turned It Into a Business
This video captures the raw, unfiltered reality of how Africans have always coexisted with wild animals - not through fences, armed rangers, or expensive lodges, but through natural balance and mutual respect shaped by centuries of living on the same land.
Then came muzungu pieces of shit with their so-called “CONservation.”
They grabbed vast tracts of African land, declared it “wildlife reserves,” kicked out the local communities, and turned our own animals into a tourist attraction for wealthy foreigners.
Now Africans are expected to pay gate fees, buy expensive permits, and play the role of grateful natives just to see animals that have always lived on their ancestral land.
This wasn’t about protecting wildlife. It was about stealing land, creating exclusive playgrounds for white tourists, and turning African heritage into a revenue stream for Western conservation NGOs and luxury safari companies.
“CONservation” in Africa has always been a sophisticated land grab dressed up in green language. They criminalise local communities for hunting or grazing while allowing rich foreigners to pay thousands of dollars to shoot or photograph the same animals.
The hypocrisy is nauseating.
Africans don’t need white saviours to teach them how to live with wildlife. We did it for millennia before they arrived with their guns, their fences, and their fake environmentalism.
The real threat to African wildlife has never been the African people. It has always been the same people who came, stole the land, renamed it, and now charge us to visit what was once ours.
Conservation = Land Theft with better PR.
@edgaralandough Nesting. Women do this when they are a out to give birth. Also when doom is impending, people tend to organize things around them, or say bye when death is certain
