@virginmedia I have been without broadband service due to your mistake and now I am being passed around without a solution... and the number I've been asked to call is out of service... ridiculous

But having 48 hours without a connection due to your mistake is not acceptable. Especially in these difficult times where we have had to work from home. You should have gone the extra mile to sort this out, as it was no fault of mine, and being a loyal customer
