@ArgosHelpers ordered some school shirts for my daughter and Evri are claiming they've delivered them but haven't (suprise suprise). Provided a photo of my drive taken from the road with no.visible parcel in it as proof of delivery. Not impressed at all

@SusanCalman My brave little Luna would love to be #CatOfTheDay. In November we were told she had a maximum of 2 months to live after developing FIP. 6 months later and she's partially sighted with mobility issues but she's the sweetest, happiest girl and still refuses to give in!

@Tesco I was due to have a delivery on Saturday but my order was cancelled by the store 2 hours before my slot and after payment was taken. I called customer services and was told it would be available to collect and if I couldn't go get it I would receive a refund.....

And doesn't appear to have been refunded. I'm currently £71 down and thats money I could definitely do with at the moment. I need this resolving ASAP as my daughter has now tested positive for covid and the last thing I need is more stress right now!

As I'm a single mum of 3 who can't drive, I wasn't able to get to store to collect (hence me ordering in the first place!) And then had to wait 2 days until I was paid to place a replacement order. I'm concerned to note that cancelled order says delivered in my order history....

@Pay360byCapita trying to log onto your education payments site to top up my daughter's dinner money. Log in via Facebook usually and it's coming up with an error and your website says there a partial outage. When will this be fixed?
