@VirginMedia After researching myself it would appear you’ve disconnected my Grandad without any notice and without him having broadband (fibre switchover) - how do we get this rectified ASAP?

Also doesn’t have broadband and issue only affects landline not TV as well.

@virginmedia Please could you confirm what fault code LS01 is please, 91 year old left with no landline (checked outages, done line check) saying all OK. Operator said fault code LS01 and should be rectified within 24 hours. Still nothing.
