@NCItreatment @NCICTEP_ClinRes @TheLancet @MDAndersonNews @NCIResearchCtr During the past 20 years,the RR in CTEP sponsored phase1 trials nearly doubled, 9.6 to 18%. No increase in treatment related deaths. RR improvements was seen in some cancers but all cancers. Informed decision-making is crucial for patients before participating in phase 1 trials.
