That Capgemini whistleblower needs to be named so all the parents can thank him/her and Capgemini needs to be shamed till they hire that person back immediately with due apologies
The Whole episode of @CapgeminiIndia, #Bengaluru campus daycare issue is the result of deep corruption in HR System of even bigger companies. Most of HR Professionals ( mostly women) are hired purely on refferals, communication skills & looks only. These HR women ensure awarding of outsourcing services including facility management to the proxy companies owned by husband, brother or other relatives..they will never allow system to scrutinize them... Even company like Capgemini failed to break this nexus.
It was understood that in Capgemini daycare case, they were paid a mere ₹8000 per month for a lady and had compromised on employee quality.
Request CM of #Karnataka @DKShivakumar, Industry Minister @MBPatil , IT BT & Home Minister @PriyankKharge to make a serious audit on all of these outsource activities by Tech Firms.
Chamarajapete (also spelled Chamarajpet or ಚಾಮರಾಜಪೇಟೆ) in Bengaluru is named after Chamarajendra Wodeyar (Chamarajendra Wadiyar X / Chamaraja Wodeyar), the Maharaja of Mysore who ruled from 1868 to 1894.
The locality was developed in 1892 as one of Bengaluru’s earliest planned residential extensions. It was created to relieve overcrowding in the old “pete” (fort and market) area of the city. Originally named Chamarajendrapete or Chamarajendra Pete in full honour of the Maharaja. Over time, the name was shortened to the familiar Chamarajpet.
This makes it one of the oldest systematically planned residential areas in Bengaluru, alongside Malleswara in the north.
Maharaja Chamarajendra Wodeyar was known for his relatively progressive outlook during the British colonial period. Naming new urban extensions after Mysore rulers was a common practice in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
Chamarajpet belongs to the older layer of Bengaluru’s planned growth — directly honouring a Mysore ruler

To all it matters, rain has officially arrived in the Uttara Kannada Ghats!
It has been pouring nonstop for the last 6 hours. This is from our wettest region, the first place to receive the monsoon.
Few more pics from Sudi village near Naga Kunda. The entire place is restored and protected by Deccan Heritage Foundation. I didn’t see any boards by ASI.
There is a inscription near the well but completely faded, cannot read a single word.
Two new Copper plate Charters of Chālukyas of Navasarikas and the Traikutakas were found during the course of excavations at Elephant, Raigad district, Maharashtra.
We all have heard about “Rani ki Vav” stepwell in Gujarat but hardly anyone knows about a similar stepwell in Karnataka!!
This ancient stepwell in a small village by the name Sudi in Karnataka was once the capital of Kalyani Chalukyas. There are few ancient temples present near to this step well.
This architectural and engineering marvel is neglected and harldy few people visit this place despite it being near to Badami.
This has a potential to become a major tourist hub.
