@gghalicki Hahaha - I am talking about the WCB.
Did you know that the Province of BC do not consider statutory Violations of Workers Protections from Prohibited Actions to be significant?
I have it all laid out in a civil claim that includes allegations of breach of public trust.
@jennblatherwick It is Crown Prosecutions job to make the case beyond a reasonable doubt.
There is no victim until the Crime is proven.
Let the Criminal justice system do its job.
That goes for anyone accused of a crime.
@Dave_Eby@DebbieTheilmann I have serious allegations against Municipal leaders, including confirmed prohibited Actions.
I can show political influence in covering up an aggravated assault in the Workplace, that has been excluded from liability.
When is that going to be charged in the public interest?
@sitkamedia No democracy country locks up people accused of serious crimes.
Most Countries only lock up people found guilty of committing serious crimes.
If people are going to jail just on accusations that’s a problem.
@DNetolitzky If you do enough digging I think you would find other serious allegations against the B.C. LRB.
Your focus is in pseudo law - however, this is clearly a Union member who is legal unrepresented.
This is an access to justice issue.
Tribunal in B.C. are notoriously unjust.
@BCBarrister@bcndp@JM_Whiteside I was held in Criminal Contempt of the @BCProvCourt from February 2023 to 2025 without trial while in judicial review of Workers Compensation Appeals Tribunal decisions.
I was threatened with incarceration on 5 separate occasions, and subjected a secret arrest warrant
@BobDEithKC@Bratt_world If I understand what was said the Conservative promise to bring back all the Britsh Columbia health care workers who were terminated during COVID.
@gghalicki I’m would rather see a dead fish in the Prime Minister’s Office than Carney.
At least I know a dead fish wouldn’t be ordering Crème Brûlée, or swimming around in elite pools of International privilege.
Fuck Carney and the fuck the Liberal Party this asshole rode in on.
@RuleofLawCanada It was my attempt at a joke.
)
Of course such tyranny and unlawful conduct should be prosecuted, without restraint and in the public interest. I’m sure Crown would happily prosecute a justice if only citizens knew the proper complaint procedures
@PierrePoilievre The Province of B.C. are unlawfully compelling workers to mitigate confirmed statutory violations and illegal work practices under menace of penalty.
This is a systemic issue that @JM_Whiteside is aware of and is willfully suppressing.
@soc_protection
@DebbieTheilmann@DomenicCinalli Absolutely.
Weaponizing such serious and untested allegations for political gain is vile.
However, character attacks and crotch level power grabs are clearly how David Eby’s NPD caucus do business, so I wouldn’t expect any internal accountability.
Hopeful Jordon sues.
@DebbieTheilmann@DomenicCinalli This is how a Jennifer Whiteside deal with Workers who point out serious discrepancies with her public statements as Minister of Labour.
