And such misbehaviour from the driver for asking high charges and on denial. The driver send such msg which rapido in return cant even take any actions against...
Why?
Who will apologizes and compensate the customers ? Who will punish the culprit?

As such drivers and such companies should be banned from giving services.
I booked the rapido taxi from Byculla to napeansea road via hajiali. The screenshots are also posted along with.
Such taxi from another state(MP) took the ride from rapido in Mumbai. And such ..3/x

I want all the cab companies to take action and ban such drivers and auch cars by banning their services all over india.
And also would like to request the govt of india to take such things seriously..2/x

@MumbaiPolice how can another state (MP Madhyapradesh) registered car be used as local taxi in Mumbai ? If any unwanted crime happens then only the police can act?
Rapido says their captains can work all over the country.
Is it safe ?

Your captain is using unsafe car without VALID PUCC or VALID INSURANCE as per vahan app.
I hope you must be checking and approving the cabs after all the security norms are passed.
I would request mumbai police to look into this.
