Today, ੨੧ ਕੱਤਕ, is the Gurta Gaddi Diwas of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. In ੧੭੦੮, Guru Gobind Singh commanded that from now onwards the light of Guru Nanak shall prevail in Gurbani (Shabad). Sikhs were to regard the Guru Granth Sahib as their next and everlasting Guru.
