Instead: an always-on agent with scheduled briefs + inbox/calendar scans that only pings when it matters.
My 8am brief is a prep packet: calendar + key threads + top 3 tasks aligned to goals.

@sweatystartup I think putting someone in a higher league helps raise their game to the level of their better peers.
Not sure if going to a lower league so you can beat the weaker competition helps as much in overall development.
@GergelyOrosz When / if they get to be a mature company and don’t have as many higher ROI projects available, a small team will easily replace workday and salesforce with home grown versions.

@bcherny What are your thoughts on after creating a plan in Claude code, then to ask it to review and improve the plan?
It always changes something when I do this but I don’t know if it’s actually net positive for the additional context required.
