Due a @nextofficial made to order sofa delivery today, you didn’t check the access to our road and sent an artic to deliver which couldn’t get access…now I have no sofa this close to Christmas and you can’t confirm when it’ll be delivered?! Shocking service.

Can’t believe the shocking service from @ao - 3 failed oven deliveries due to your errors, your engineer took our oven away a week ago and the soonest you can “attempt” to deliver and fit is next Wednesday?! Terrible, avoid at all costs
@GWRHelp Thanks, I just wanted to give a huge thank you to the Train Manager on that service. I asked him about the trolley service when he passed & that I’d hoped for a cup of tea. Despite the service not running he brought me a cup of tea. On a late train and on my own, super grateful!
