I was diagnosed with Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder in 2019. Rather than hold me back as the lady states, it helped me to understand why I react the way I do. It allowed me to accept that I’m unwell. Without that diagnosis, I wouldn’t still be alive #GMB @GMB
