@coookwithchris https://t.co/ftniYxoiPB Authentic Pecorino Romano (as well as Parmigiano Reggiano) bears this mark. If you don't see it on the label, it's not the real thing—it's a scam. ;)
@BasedBiohacker Glycinate made me wake up several times during the night; I switched to chloride, taken twice with meals; my sleep returned to normal. I encourage everyone to try the various forms and not just believe in X.
@BerbarianWizard People with "slow comt" don't tolerate Preg; me, for example; while DHEA is better tolerated (although not at high doses, we're talking about 12 mg per day).
@SSavson It's simple to fix; just salt the dish with a 50/50 mix of sodium chloride and potassium chloride; it doesn't change the taste at all; but inside, everything changes.
@BasedBiohacker It didn't have any effect on me; maybe a slight "high" feeling in the first hour, but then, a 15-day course of 5 ml injections every other day had no perceived effect (pinealon, on the other hand, was the bomb).
@AbudBakri I'm slow comt, and I don't remotely dream of trying reta; probably in slow comt; tirz and sema are also dangerous; as well as a banal caloric restriction that activates the sympathetic. the risk is tachycardia and not sleeping, and having a nervous breakdown.
