@whyyrulikethis @iamjojo Couldn't agree more. However a record deal works, they are charging artists or taking % from royalties and touring/merc to market you. Social media strategy is part of that overarching marketing strategy. Artists shouldn't be responsible for driving that on top of performing. 🙃

@DoctorChrisVT @BBCTwo @xandvt That's a shame as you mention they were taken during the programme, but they were never broken down. Measurements and body comp are really interesting to me as I lost a dress size but was half a stone heavier when I took up light weights and HITT training.

@Doddy_1981 @BBC As an Ambassador for @beatED, there were also some triggers @BBCTwo for eating disorder sufferers. Although this was a fun/fluffy experiment, I agree there needed to be a stronger message explaining the benefits of healthy long-term weight loss incorporating the two elements.
