John Frankman, a former Army Captain and Green Beret in the Special Forces, was profoundly impacted by the military’s 2021 tyrannically enforced mandate, ultimately leading to his departure from service. For years, he has been actively involved in this struggle against the shot and advocating for medical freedom and religious freedom, and he deserves the backing of District 1 in Florida.

I’ve considered myself a friend to this administration, pointing out both the good and the bad in my stories, but that’s good journalism, isn’t it?  

Communication? Transparency? Where do those concepts fit in when it comes to recognizing and addressing FOIA requests submitted to different departments within the Department of War? 

I’ve submitted several FOIA requests, some of which were made over a year ago, and they are being ignored. Is this just laziness on someone’s part, or are they simply unwilling to disclose the truth to a journalist? I have my hunch.  
@SecWar, how about a gentle nudge to your subordinates who refuse to acknowledge FOIA requests? It would be greatly appreciated for the sake of openness and honesty.

Here’s what they apparently don’t want us to know: 

COVID-19 SHOT ACCOMMODATION/EXEMPTIONS REQUESTS

1.  How many accommodation/exemption requests for the COVID-19 shot were received by  

    the [branch of service] in 2021 and 2022?  

2.  How many of those accommodation/exemption requests submitted in 2021 and 2022  

    referenced 10 U.S.C. § 1107a as one of the reasons for objecting to the shot in the [branch of service]?  

3.  Of those accommodation/exemption requests received, how many were denied? 

4.  Of those accommodation/exemption requests that were made citing 10 U.S.C. § 1107a, how many were denied? 

5.  How many appeals to the decision to deny religious accommodation/medical exemption  

    requests to the COVID-19 shot mandate did the [branch of service] receive in 2021  

    and 2022?  

6.  In their appeals, how many members of the [branch of service] cited 10 U.S.C. §  

    1107a?  

7.  Of the appeals that referenced 10 U.S.C. § 1107a, how many were denied? 

REMDESIVIR DEATHS & INFORMED CONSENT

1.  The total number of military service members and veterans who were treated with  

    remdesivir prior to October 22, 2020.  

2.  The total number of military service members and veterans who signed an informed  

    consent form, consenting to the use of remdesivir prior to October 22, 2020.  

3.  Apart from the above two requests, and specific only to the “Intermediate-Size Patient  

    Population Expanded Access Treatment Protocol for Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19)  

    Remdesivir (RDV; GS-5734TM), the reason why “Death” was not listed as a possible  

    risk or adverse event within the Informed Consent Form (Section 6.1. Microsoft Word -  

    5.3.5.2 Informed Consent Form [S-20-01 v6] - Clean_) 

HERD IMMUNITY  

1.  When was the Department of Defense informed of the results of Dr. Keven Taylor’s USUHS SAR-CoV-2 Seroprevalence study?  

2.  Why were results of the study not disclosed to the public until August 2023?  

3.  Were the findings of the study shared with federal agencies, including but not limited to Department of Defense, Congress, Federal Drug Administration, or other entities prior to the August 2021 mandate?

Concerning the inquiries about Informed Consent, I submitted my FOIA request in January 2025.

September 2025 - my request was number 643 out of 948 open cases.

June 23, 2026 - my request was number 475 out of 1588 cases.

July 23, 2026 - my request is number 469 out of 1578 cases.

Only six cases were processed in the past month. Seriously? At this rate, I can expect a response in about 6.5 years?

This is why I require your assistance, @SecWar. I doubt you will still hold the position of Secretary of War in 2034, sir.

Here’s what we do know about remdesivir: note the discrepancies.

ACCORDING TO DEFENSE HEALTH AGENCY

1. 142,078 service members diagnosed with COVID-19 in 2020 and 2021

2. 1,093 given remdesivir, or .77%

3. 20 service members diagnosed with COVID-19 died, or .01%

4. 0 of those given remdesivir died

ACCORDING TO CONGRESSIONAL INQUIRY

1. 245,618 service members diagnosed with COVID-19 in 2020 and 2021

2. 139 given remdesivir, or .06%

3. 88 service members diagnosed with COVID-19 died, or .04%

4. 3 of those given remdesivir died, or 2.2%

ACCORDING TO A WHISTLEBLOWER/JOINT TRAUMA SYSTEM DATA

517 of 799 (64.7%) patients who died between March 2020 and December 2021 were treated with remdesivir!

Clearly, somebody’s lying!

@SecWar, now imagine why it would be important to know the reason why “Death” was not listed as a possible risk or adverse event within the Informed Consent Form of the Intermediate-Size Patient Population Expanded Access Treatment Protocol for Coronavirus.

I know some family members of the deceased who think it’s important.
