A new artist's governing body THE UGANDA MUSICIAN FEDERATION (UMF) has today been formed and elected leaders.The UMF will be presided over by Eddy Kenzo as president, Sheebah as Vice President, Pallaso and Juliana deputising her while Bebe Cool is finance Minister.
