@virginmedia It was terminated a further 3 times after an hour! I spoke to someone this morning who told me I had to ring back after going through Security. Said the system was down to cancel. Now trying to get back hold of someone. 40 minutes waiting so far.

@Specsavers afternoon. Picked up my sons first pair of glasses on Saturday. He’s 8 but had to get adult glasses cos the children ones don’t fit him. They don’t fit in the case that they came in. Is it possible they’ve given me a children’s size case for an adult size glasses?
