Congenital spinal cyst or CSF leak? 16 y-o girl had progressive leg weakness. Complex spinal cyst on MRI. Spinal cord compressed like a thin pancake. At surgery a dorsal dural defect was found and sutured. Cord resumed normal configuration. ⁦@spinalCSFleak⁩ #spinalcyst
