@Deliveroo - my wife is ill at home so we ordered from you for the first time in ages - my wife's meal was not in the bag and you refused to redeliver and only to refund 28% of the cost. Obviously won't be using you again but would appreciate proper recompence here...
Buying plants is a competitive marketplace. I chose to give @Jparkersbulbs a go. Alas, they use the cheapest and worst delivery firm @Hermesparcels who threw my package over a fence onto a concrete path damaging the contents. Will stick with @srkitchengarden from now on.
@bt_uk She lives alone, has dementia and cannot use a mobile. The issue was fixed on Boxing Day but has recurred. She needs to be phoned each evening to take her medication.
@bt_uk just been told that BT won’t fix my 95 year old grandmother’s broken landline until Tuesday despite urgent medical need. Appalling considering it is a known problem off the property.
@joinpureplanet charging me a £30 penalty for switching away within 49 days of the end of my fixed term contract, in breach of the @ofgem rules.
Infuriating that these firms still cannot get this right and the onus is on consumers and @MartinSLewis to call them out.
