@bnallamo@djc795@SVRaoMD@mmamas1973@mirvatalasnag Recently ran into this same scenario with dabigatran. Dabigatran led to falsely elevated ACT, with clinically important consequences. Apparently dabigtran’s effect on ACT is highly variable. Maybe best to use bival (?) curious others thoughts
Lots of jokes about the My Pillow guy but ask yourself this: does anyone know who Biden’s pillow guy is? we’re about to have a president who has no advisors from the pillow industry, let that sink in
@drjohnm@Yascha_Mounk Private citizens? What does that even mean... sorry, but not buying it. Statement is weak and heavy handed all at the same time. Reminiscent of the “stay in your lane” comments being lobbed at doctors earlier. At a minimum seems fairly regressive
"You want to honor John, let's honor him by revitalizing the law that he was willing to die for." — @BarackObama calls on Congress to expand the Voting Rights Act
This makes me happy and sad at the same time. The absurdity of the whole thing is hilarious, but the fact that it is real and this dude is the pres. is so sad https://t.co/1to2YnXGM9
@agtruesdell Great result. I tend to avoid distal protection with Ostial/prox lesions. (?) I think they were excluded from trials... maybe due to risk of systemic embolization. Thoughts? Maybe I’m totally wrong about this
